Samantha holds a Bachelors of Arts (Honours) from Wilfrid Laurier University. She is currently completing a Master of Arts (MA) Thesis with a focus on the relationship between the effects of urban landscapes and emotional state.
Ms. Dunlop is currently involved in a variety of residential, commercial and employment land use projects. Her responsibilities include due diligence investigations, research and analysis, preparation of land use planning reports and the preparation and submission of planning applications. Such applications include minor variance and consent, official plan and zoning by-law amendments, site plan approvals, and draft plans of subdivision and condominium. Samantha has also gained experience presenting in front of the Committee of Adjustment on behalf of clients.
Samantha works primarily out of our Vaughan office.
