Tim’s responsibilities include research and analysis of land use options; preparing land use planning reports; preparing and processing development applications (e.g. official plan and zoning by-law amendments, plan of subdivision, site plan approval, consent, and minor variance applications); and representing clients before Municipal Council, Committees and the Ontario Municipal Board.
