The Old Shoe Factory – Adaptive Re-use

The Old Shoe Factory, City of Brampton

Weston Consulting undertook an Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-law Amendment and Site Plan Application to allow for a mixed use development within a former industrial building, located at 57 Mill Street, Brampton.

The building contains a variety of commercial, office, service and industrial uses in a series of studio-style units and has since won a variety of awards including Ontario Heritage and Government of Canada recognition.
